Last Monday (01), Flamengo took legal action in Rio de Janeiro against Fernando Lima de Sousa, known as Zé Colmeia, Vasco fan, digital influencer and pre-candidate for councilor for Rio. Negro filed a criminal complaint accusing Fernando of defamation for statements made in a video posted on Instagram. In the recording, Zé Colmeia accused Flamengo and its administrators of having "murdered" the young victims of the fire at Ninho do Urubu, in 2019.

The statements were included in a "video response" to midfielder Gérson, a Flamengo player. The influencer did not like the athlete's statement that Maracanã "is Flamengo's home".
Flamengo asks the Rio Court to accept the criminal complaint and order the influencer to pay compensation of no less than R$70,000. The case is in the 20th Criminal Court of the Capital.
