The 21-year-old midfielder's transfer has been blocked by Mais Querido due to mandatory clauses and financial guarantees required by the BAP president.

With no place at Flamengo, 21-year-old midfielder Victor Hugo 's negotiations with Santos have stalled. Since returning to Turkish football, he has played little and is on the Mais Querido's list of transferable players. Despite the approval of coach Filipe Luís and director José Boto, the deal depends on the demands of president Luiz Eduardo Baptista , known as Bap.
The transaction was moving forward, with acceptances from Filipe Luís and Boto, but Bap conditioned approval on obligation clauses based on targets, not just a future option. While the negotiations remain uncertain, Victor Hugo continues to train normally under Filipe Luís and seeks opportunities at Flamengo . The player's release will depend on Santos meeting all the club president's demands, but there is still the possibility of an agreement if the terms are accepted.
