Eight months after being run over on Barra da Tijuca beach, Kayky Brito took responsibility for the accident and thanked the help provided by app driver Diones Coelho, who asked for forgiveness so much on social media. The actor admitted his guilt and made the comment after the driver recorded a video, very emotional, after seeing the report about the boy's recovery, who even showed the scars on his body.
“I made a mistake crossing a moving avenue by car, I was lucky enough to be the one who drove cautiously and helped me! Thank you, Diones”, wrote Kayky in his post where he talked about recovering from the accident. Kayky Brito's accident is about to complete 8 months, but it still affects app driver Diones Coelho, who appeared emotional on Instagram last Monday (29/4), after watching a video of the actor about his recovery.
The driver of the vehicle that was involved in the accident recorded a video and sent a message directly to Kayky, asking for forgiveness again: “I want, publicly, to ask you for forgiveness @kayky.brito. I saw your last video and it made me happy to see you 'well' and, at the same time, sad. Even though it's not my fault and you never blamed me, it's a feeling that I caused something to someone! I publicly ask you for forgiveness”, he wrote in the caption.
In the recording, Diones appeared with tears in his eyes and explained that he was shaken by seeing the scars left on the actor's body by the accident. “I'm coming here to talk about a video by Kayky Brito that I just saw, I've only been watching it until now and I waited a little bit to be able to come here and talk to you. Because this video really affected me, you know? It made me very sad, even though I knew I wasn't to blame for what happened”, he began.
Then, the driver spoke about the marks: “He showed the huge scars on his arm, the number of stitches, he said which has two huge screws in the spine. So, this makes me very sad, even though it wasn't my fault, but it really affected me and I want to ask you, Kayky, publicly for forgiveness for having caused this to you, even without wanting to, without intention, without being at fault, but I did. I think I need to tell you this, okay?”, he said.
And he continued with his outburst: “This video really affected my mind, my psychology and knowing that you changed the course of someone's life. So, I want to publicly ask for your forgiveness. I hope you recover, get back to the full shape you had and that none of this stops you from being the wonderful person you always were for your family, for your friends, for your work, okay?”, he said, directly to Kayky. Soon after, he wished: “May Father in heaven bless you greatly in all areas of your life. And once again, man, once again: I want you to ask for forgiveness. It's only those who passed by who know. Only I can say what I'm feeling in my heart when I see this video and know that, even without meaning to, I caused this to someone. It made me very sad. Forgive me, okay? Big hug.”
In the comments, followers left messages of support: “You are an incredible guy, you have no responsibility whatsoever!! Stay strong!”, wrote one. “Ask God to free you from this guilt, it will do you a lot of harm if you don't stop carrying it with you!”, advised another. “The only one to blame was himself. Don’t carry this guilt because it wasn’t yours”, guaranteed a third. “I know you are a man of faith, but maybe you need therapy. Learn to forgive yourself. It’s not your fault!”, pointed out another.

Flamengo defender Léo Pereira spoke out this Thursday (28) after news reports circulated that alleged a delay in the payment of child support for his two children with his ex-wife, Tainá Castro. In an official statement signed by his lawyers, the player categorically denied any outstanding payments and criticized the dissemination of false information.
According to the Leo Dias website, the athlete was reportedly notified by a court official due to his default, in addition to appearing at a hearing for family matters. Léo Pereira, however, denied the first part of the information, confirming only that the hearing took place, the content of which cannot be revealed, as the proceedings are under judicial secrecy.
In their public statement, the defender's legal representatives were firm in stating that the athlete has never failed to fulfill his responsibilities to his children, Matteo and Helena.
