This Friday, the president of Flamengo, Rodolfo Landim, made it clear that he will only agree to negotiate with striker Pedro if the amount of the player's contractual fine is paid. Landim made it clear that 'everything is resolved' between the striker and the club after recent problems. Flamengo became champions of the Copa do Brasil this Sunday afternoon (10). After the confrontation, Gabigol announced that he will not remain at Mais Querido next season. Therefore, Marcos Braz commented on the matter and took the opportunity to remember that he will not stay at the club in 2025 either.

After Flamengo's victory in the Copa do Brasil final, Gabigol revealed that he is leaving the club. In an interview on the sidelines, the Mais Querido striker took the opportunity to reveal that Tite did not respect him as a player.
"It was a troubled year for me individually. The issue of doping, then a coach who didn't respect me as a player. During those moments I never tried to express that for me", he said, before finishing:
"I always worked, I tried to improve, I tried show him that I could help in some way. When Filipe [Luís] arrived he knew I was training. These two goals (in the first game of the final) were the result of the work I did last year and at the beginning of this year", he said. .
