12-GAME PUNISHMENT REMAINS VALID

If the full court upholds the 12-game penalty, the suspension will be served exclusively in Brazilian Championship matches. To extend the punishment to other competitions, such as international tournaments, the STJD Prosecutor's Office would need to issue a specific notification.

In a statement, Clube de Regatas do Flamengo emphasized that granting the suspension guarantees the striker's full playing status until the court reviews the case.
