MC Daniel celebrated in recent days another mansion to call his own, this time, in Rio. The residence is located in the luxurious Jardim Marapendi condominium, in Barra da Tijuca, West Zone, and cost no less than R$ 8.5 million from the funk singer's fortune.

The singer had the option of renting the property too, paying R$ 40 thousand a month, apart from the condominium which costs a trifle of R$ 2 thousand and IPTU at R$ 2.8 thousand. Before Daniel bought the mansion, which is opposite Gabigol's, the Flamengo player showed interest in renting the space. The disputed property belonged to militiaman Marquinho Catiri, murdered in 2022.

MC Daniel's new residence, which he affectionately nicknamed "Fafaland", in reference to his nickname Falcão, is around 800m². The place has six bedrooms, four of which are suites, 12 bathrooms, space for five cars and a beautiful swimming pool, which Daniel was keen to debut last Thursday, the 21st.

On the ground floor is the dining room, cinema room, winter garden, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, laundry room and living room in various environments (joining several rooms). On the second floor are the office, family room, television room, four suites and covered balconies. The residence also has a sauna, a gourmet space, an organic vegetable garden and a guest house with two bedrooms.

Last Tuesday, the 19th, the funk singer said he bought his fifth house. The artist revealed the news alongside Jade Picon, who he will be next door to.
