Palmeiras is in the quarterfinals of the FIFA Club World Cup. This Saturday, in a dramatic match, the team beat Botafogo 1-0, with a great goal by Paulinho, nine minutes into the first half of extra time, and is the first Brazilian team to qualify for the tournament.
