Palmeiras and Fulham already have a date set to define the deal involving the midfielder and former Flamengo player, Andreas Pereira. In a hurry, the Paulista team does not want to let the situation drag on, and the English club indicated that it will respond to the proposal next Monday, January 6th.

According to the 'ge' portal, the situation has remained the same since that the offer of 20 million euros (around R$127 million), plus bonus amounts for the athlete, was presented to Fulham. The London team has gained time to think about the matter and also be able to count on the steering wheel in as many games as possible before making the decision.

With the meeting scheduled for the 6th, Fulham will be able to have Andreas Pereira in the duel on Sunday, at 11am (Brasília time), at home, against Ipswich, in the English Championship. The 29-year-old midfielder welcomes a transfer to Verdão and has already given approval to his representatives to negotiate with the team from Alviverde. However, Fulham won't make things easy.

In addition to Andreas being a starter and an important piece in coach Marco Silva's scheme, Fulham is going through a period with some injuries, and losing the midfielder at the current moment is not in the plans of the English club. Palmeiras, in turn, believes that Andreas Pereira's desire to transfer, in addition to the project that was presented, could be the trump cards for the deal to come to fruition.
