Rio City Hall announces traffic operation for Flamengo vs. Vitória

Flamengo returns to the field this Monday (25) to face Vitória, at Maracanã, for the 21st round of the Brazilian Championship. The clash pits against each other teams that are experiencing very different moments in the tournament.
