The president of the CBF Arbitration Commission, Wilson Seneme, and the technical manager of VAR at CBF, Péricles Bassols, analyzed three moments from the game: the penalty disallowed on Ayrton Lucas, the expulsion of Kanu and the penalty on Bruno Henrique.
Ayrton Lucas was charged by midfielder Yago and referee Sávio Pereira Sampaio awarded a penalty, but the VAR intervened and canceled it due to the touch having occurred outside the area. Thus, Wilson Seneme cited the judge's distrust on the field and agreed with the final decision.
