Flamengo officially announced the signing of Colombian midfielder Jorge Carrascal this Thursday (31). This Thursday (31), the midfielder appeared at Ninho do Urubu, where he underwent medical examinations , visited the facilities at CT George Helal and met with the Technical Director of Football, José Boto. After the completion of the procedures, the player signed a contract with Flamengo.

Carrascal's official presentation was scheduled to take place at the Maracanã stadium before the Copa do Brasil round of 16 clash against Atlético-MG. LONG AND COMPLEX NEGOTIATION

Negotiations between Flamengo and Dynamo Moscow began even before the Club World Cup , but faced obstacles before completion.
