If Sesc Flamengo manages to beat their opponents this Wednesday , the decision on the spot in the semifinals will take place on Thursday (10) , again at the José Liberatti Gymnasium. The São Paulo team has the advantage of deciding at home due to their better campaign in the classification phase.
Since 2020, the clubs have faced each other on 15 occasions, with nine triumphs for Osasco against six for the Rio de Janeiro team. In this edition of theSuperliga , however, the Rio de Janeiro team won both games in the qualifying phase, which reinforces the balance of the dispute.

The first two sets had a similar storyline: Sesc Flamengo dominated technically and tactically, but faced resistance from Tijuca Tênis Clube. In the first, the red-and-black team opened up a six-point lead, but saw their opponent close in late in the set, finishing 25-21.
The balance continued in the second set. The teams were tied at 20-20, until Mengão managed to open up a two-point lead and close it out at 25-23, extending their lead.
