Five months after becoming a mother, Thaianny Pereira, also known as Mikimbeth on social media, is back to professional life. The nutritionist is preparing to open Buoora Nutrição, her new clinic, next week. The first client is her husband, singer and songwriter Xande de Pilares.
With more than 280 thousand followers on Instagram, Thaianny shared the joy of having Xande's support on her new journey. “Having Alexandre committed to his health is incredible. He will serve as an inspiration to many of my patients”, commented Thaianny, who had already helped the samba singer to adopt healthier habits since they met four years ago.
CHANGE IN THE SAMBISTA'S ROUTINE
Xande de Pilares, known for his work in Grupo Revelação and solo career, started to adopt a more disciplined routine, which includes waking up earlier, performing exercises such as sit-ups, running on the beach, and weight lifting. In addition, the singer has the support of a personal trainer to stay focused on his health.
Born Alexandre Silva de Assis, Xande de Pilares is one of the great names in Brazilian samba. His fame was consolidated during the period in which he was part of Grupo Revelação, from 1991 to 2014. Since then, he has pursued a solo career, accumulating successes and special appearances on the musical and artistic scene.

The life of singer and presenter Preta Gil is not easy. Gilberto Gil's daughter spoke this Wednesday (18) about hair loss during cancer treatment. After many questions, the singer showed the current state of her hair and said that it is partially falling out.
"People ask me a lot about my hair, if it won't fall out and if I won't go bald. He's falling, but it's a partial loss. But he's falling a lot," she said on her social media.
Preta explained that she still doesn't know if she will have to shave her head. "The other time I managed and didn't shave my head. This time, we're in the second cycle [of chemotherapy], we'll see," she said.
The artist says she doesn't worry about the possibility of going bald. . "There are still four [cycles] to go, but that's no problem. We put scarves and other things on our hair and then it grows." Preta Gil recently resumed her oncology treatment. She said the cancer had returned in four parts of her body.
