The daily amount paid to clubs is limited to 20,540 euros (around R$127,000), ensuring that clubs are not left financially destitute due to player injuries during international commitments.
After Pedro's surgery, Flamengo will send the complete medical report to FIFA, which will have up to 30 days to process and validate the compensation request. Compensation will be paid to the club after confirmation of documentation, alleviating part of the financial loss resulting from the attacker's prolonged absence.
