The lawsuit stemming from the fight between Jojo Todynho and Gabriela dos Santos at law school has gained new chapters and will be resolved in court. According to the Metrópoles website, the influencer has become a defendant due to the incident.

The complaint in question demands that Jojo be charged with the misdemeanor charge of assault. This is an act of violence that does not actually cause bodily harm to the victim, in this case, Gabriela dos Santos do Nascimento. It's worth noting that misdemeanors have their own law and are not to be confused with crimes, assuming a lesser degree of severity.

She arrived late, wanting to be a doctor, Lorena was very worried and apprehensive, and she wanted to explain to Lorena how the induction would go... Then she wanted to explain how many fingers she would dilate," she reported.
