Current champions of the U-20 Intercontinental Cup, Rubro-Negro face Barcelona (ESP) this Saturday (23), at 4:30 pm , at Maracanã, in search of their second title. The competition brings together the winners of the U-20 Libertadores and the UEFA Youth League.
The Red-Blacks had already purchased 35,473 tickets as of Friday night. Sales are not yet complete, as the Upper South section remains closed , but the Upper East section has been reopened due to high demand. The match is expected to surpass the competition's attendance record, which was 40,579 for the 2022 match between Peñarol and Benfica.
Coach Bruno Pivetti should send onto the field : Lucas Furtado; Daniel Sales, João Victor, Iago and Gusttavo; Fabiano, Pablo Lúcio and Matheus Gonçalves ; Lorran, Joshua and Pedro Leão.
