The Government of the State of Rio de Janeiro published this Tuesday the victory of the Fla-Flu duo in the dispute for the Maracanã bid. Thus, the two clubs will manage the stadium complex for the next 20 years. It is worth remembering that a certain scenario has already occurred, provisionally, since April 2019.
A certain division means that “the line of revenues, profits, losses, rights and obligations of the Consortium will be calculated in accordance with the proportion of their participation”. Values based on the division previously shown.
It is extremely important to highlight that a certain scenario does not occur, for example, in Fluminense games. Thus, the profits and losses from certain matches will be exclusive to tricolor. The same happens when Mais Querido is in charge.
The new agreement also foresees an investment of R$ 393 million in works and maintenance of the structures of the Maracanã complex for the next 20 years. In this scenario, as first reported by the website “Mundo Rubro-Negro”, the amount will be divided due to the 65/35 division. In other words, Flamengo will provide most of the money.

Flamengo and Athletico-PR face each other this Sunday (29), at 8pm (Brasília time), at Maracanã, in a duel valid for the 28th round of the Brazilian Championship. Shortly before the start of the match, coach Lucho Gonzalez confirmed the lineup of the team from Paraná, while the CRF also released its list of starters and absences for the clash.
On Athletico-PR's side, the team will start with Mycael in goal; Léo Godoy (Madson), Kaique Rocha, Thiago Heleno and Esquivel in the defense line; Erick, Christian and Zapelli in midfield; and Cuello, Canobbio and Mastriani (Pablo) forming the attack.
The Athletico- PR will have two important absences. Gabriel, suspended, and Fernandinho, injured, are out of the match. With the exception of these players, Lucho Gonzalez has the complete squad available to face Mais Querido.

The São Paulo tricolor overtook Mais Querido in the fight for a direct place in the Copa Libertadores. Corinthians, who ended the game with two players sent off, were unable to avoid the setback.
It is important to highlight that even with Alvinegro's long participation in the Copa do Brasil, the team led by Ramón, is in Brasileirão relegation zone with just 28 points won.

Next Monday (5), the Deliberative Council of Flamengo will have a meeting to vote on the creation of a company alongside Fluminense. The idea of Mais Querido is to have a partnership with the Laranjeiras team to manage the Maracanã complex for the next 20 years.
It is worth remembering that the Fluminense partners already approved the partnership last Monday (29 ). In other words, all that remains is Mais Querido approve the creation of the company to have the contract signed with the State of Rio de Janeiro. Voting will be held at 7pm.
FLAMENGO WILL COMMAND A MAJOR PART OF THE COMPANYMais Querido will hold 65% of Fla-Flu Serviços S.A., leaving Fluminense with 35%. The difference respects the rival's ability to fulfill the investments promised in the bidding process. After all, R$ 393 million is planned for works and maintenance of the Maracanã.
Also highlighting that the difference in percentage, therefore, also occurs in profits, such as revenues not related to matches at Maracanã, rental for events, sale of boxes, collection from parking and stadium tour. In the case of duels, the income belongs to the principal, that is, Flamengo or Fluminense.
The new company is a Specific Purpose Company (SPE), with established governance. Each club may nominate three members to the board of directors. Furthermore, Mais Querido will have the right to choose the president of the board of directors and the financial director of Fla-Flu Serviços. Fluminense will be able to choose its commercial director.
