Being a football coach is not for everyone. The work is exhaustive, full of details and never ends. This reality was highlighted by Filipe Luís, former player and current commentator, in an interview with GE. He shared his experience about the intense and often exhausting routine that coaches face on a daily basis. Filipe Luís reveals that a coach's work is practically infinite. "The coach's work, and I've spoken to several since I started my career, is infinite. It never ends," he says. This incessant search for improvement and new strategies is part of the daily life of those who are in charge of a football team.

The need to always be up to date and keep an eye on new trends in sport leads coaches to dedicate endless hours to analyzing games and athletes' performance. Filipe Luís mentions that it is common to see each other, late night, with the laptop on the bed, reviewing specific matches and plays. “If you want, you can continue and each time you will watch more games, more new things... I often find myself with the laptop in bed at 10 pm, 11:30 pm to watch just one more game”, he comments.

Since the beginning of his career, Filipe Luís has spoken to several coaches and, through these interactions, realized the magnitude of the work involved. "The coach's work, and I've spoken to several since I started my career, is infinite. It never ends. If you want, you can continue and each time you'll watch more games, more new things", he said, illustrating the never-ending journey of learning and analysis that technicians face daily.

Flamengo will now have to adjust its formation for the important match, looking for alternatives to make up for the player's absence.

A SOUND OF ALERT

The coach of Flamengo< /a>, Tite, has already started studying the options available to fill the gap left by Bruno Henrique. Alternatives include the possibility of promoting a young talent from the base or repositioning an experienced player to fill the vacancy. Expectations are high regarding the strategy that will be adopted to maintain the team's competitiveness in the continental competition.

Meanwhile, Bruno Henrique is serving his suspension and working to be in full physical and mental shape for the upcoming challenges . The R$8,000 fine, although significant, is not the main focus of concern for the player, who is more interested in contributing to Flamengo's success in the Libertadores and other competitions the team competes in.
