According to information from journalist Rodrigo Capelo, in the O Globo column, there is no agreement for the international rights of Brasileirão 2024, which could cause a blackout outside the country's borders.

CLUBS CONSIDER BRASILEIRÃO'S PROPOSAL LOW

The two companies made a joint proposal to have the rights to the Brasileirão 2024. The value reached R$42.5 million. This would give around R$1.7 million for each club in Series B. However, the values were considered low.

According to Capelo, the two leagues (Libra and LFU) are still negotiating broadcasting rights for the period between 2025 and 2029. The journalist argues that the Brasileirão has uninterrupted international exposure, even if the values are not significant in relation to what is received on the domestic market.
