O Vitória iniciou oficialmente o planejamento para 2026 após escapar do rebaixamento no Brasileirão. Entre as primeiras decisões da diretoria está a não renovação do empréstimo de Carlinhos, que voltará ao Flamengo ao fim da temporada.
Durante coletiva, o presidente Fábio Mota confirmou a saída: “Alguns estão vencendo o empréstimo e não vamos renovar, como Carlinhos”, declarou o mandatário. Com isso, o atacante retorna ao clube carioca após o período na equipe baiana.
Sem espaço com Filipe Luís no início do ano, Carlinhos foi liberado para empréstimo e acertou com o Vitória. Entretanto, o centroavante não conseguiu se firmar: foram 23 partidas e apenas quatro gols. A última vez em campo ocorreu em outubro, quando atuou por apenas um minuto diante do Corinthians, no Barradão.
De volta ao Rio de Janeiro, Carlinhos não deve permanecer. O jogador de 28 anos está fora dos planos do Flamengo, que deve buscar uma negociação. A tendência é que outro atacante na mesma situação, Juninho, também seja negociado, o Bahia demonstra interesse.

O Flamengo não tem o volante Santiago Sosa, do Racing (ARG), como prioridade para 2026 e, segundo o apuração do Gazeta do Urubu, nenhuma proposta foi realizada. Ainda assim, há duas versões sobre um contato inicial: enquanto dirigentes argentinos garantem que um representante rubro-negro ligou apenas para consultar valores, pessoas do Flamengo negam qualquer sondagem e explicam os motivos.
Atualmente, o elenco conta com cinco volantes considerados de alto nível. No entendimento da diretoria, Sosa, capitão e peça fundamental do Racing, não chegaria para ser quinta ou sexta opção. Além disso, embora o jogador também atue na zaga, a prioridade defensiva do clube é a contratação de um zagueiro pelo lado esquerdo. Mesmo reconhecendo a qualidade do argentino, o clube sustenta que não houve movimento concreto pelo atleta.
A diretoria é clara: o Flamengo não pretende liberar nenhum volante, a menos que apareça uma proposta considerada muito boa. A avaliação interna é de que o setor está bem servido e equilibrado. Na zaga, porém, a busca segue ativa e focada exclusivamente em um defensor canhoto.

O catariano Abdulrahman Al Jassim, de 38 anos, foi o escolhido para apitar o duelo que vale vaga na decisão contra o PSG. Ele esteve no centro do gramado na final do Mundial de Clubes de 2019, quando o Rubro-Negro enfrentou o Liverpool.
Integrante do quadro da Fifa e presente em Copas do Mundo, Al Jassim vive momento de ascensão às vésperas do próximo Mundial de seleções. Por isso, a atuação na semifinal pode ter peso importante para sua carreira. Toda a equipe de arbitragem designada para o confronto será do Catar.
