Este novo número ultrapassa o recorde anterior, que também havia sido registrado no estádio carioca. Na segunda rodada da competição, durante o empate em 1 a 1 contra o Internacional, 56.421 torcedores estiveram presentes para recepcionar o atual campeão brasileiro de 2025.
Agora, com o triunfo sobre a equipe paraense, o clube eleva sua média de público para impressionantes 55.237 pessoas por partida, distanciando-se largamente de outros clubes nacionais. Vale lembrar que o Flamengo também obteve a maior média de público no ano anterior.
