The Bahia delegation landed in Rio de Janeiro this past Wednesday (11), where the clash against Flamengo will take place for a place in the semi-finals of the Copa do Brasil, at Maracanã. Upon arrival in the city, the Bahian club sent a message through its social networks.
“We’re here, Rio! A place in the semi-final is worth it!” wrote Bahia in a post on ‘Instagram’. In addition to the phrase, the team's profile also shared some photos of the city taken from inside the plane.

This Monday (16), rumors emerged involving Bahia's interest in signing Gabigol, striker from Mais Querido. According to the channel Paparazzo Rubro-Negro, Tricolor de Aço would have entered the dispute for Gabigol, who has a contract with Flamengojust until December this year. In addition to Bahia, clubs such as Corinthians, Cruzeiro, Grêmio, Palmeiras and Santos would also be keeping an eye on the player.
