Flamengo intensifies preparation for the duel against Bolívar (BOL) in the round of 16 of the Copa Libertadores da América. The first game will be this Thursday (15) at Maracanã at 9:30 pm (Brasília time). Among the red-black's main concerns is the defensive aerial ball, which is the main weakness of coach Tite's team.
In the Brazilian Championship, of the 21 goals conceded by Flamengo, 15 came from raised balls in the red-black area, which represents 71.4% of the total number. In the month of August, so far, all the balls that entered the Flamengo goal came from crosses. Against Bolívar, this could be an object of great concern especially in the return game.

According to the South American confederation, Mais Querido would have delayed the athletes' return in three minutes into the second half of the game. Furthermore, Conmebol also claims that Flamengo exceeded the players' arrival time in the city of the match.
According to the manual, the club must arrive at least six hours in advance in cities with more than 2,000 meters in altitude. Rubro-Negro arrived at 5:50 pm for the game, which was scheduled for 8:30 pm, that is, around 2 hours and 40 minutes before the clash.
