The announcement of the increase in ticket prices for Botafogo-PB x Flamengo was announced and explained by Belo SAF CEO Alexandre Gallo on Thursday (17). The president gave satisfaction to his fans, stating that he tried to place the Nation in a smaller sector, but that it was not possible.

"Yesterday we had a very important meeting with all the public bodies regarding the issue of the Copa do Brasil game. We tried to make some changes regarding the Flamengo fans, bringing them to the Sombra Oeste side. Unfortunately, we were unable to make this change. Because of this, we also tried to modify the fence on the other side , to increase the possibility of our fans having a greater audience gain, and we were unable to do so either," he begins.
For Botafogo-PB x Flamengo, tickets for visitors generated explanations from Alexandre Gallo, who predicted the irritation of local fans.
"Thus, through the Military Police , in a meeting yesterday afternoon, we concluded that the way we had to act was to divide the stadium. It is clear that we prefer to have a much larger number of fans for our fans in relation to Flamengo's fans" , he warns.
The decision to increase the ticket price for visitors in Botafogo-PB x Flamengo was due to the need for renovations at Almeidão, which would not be possible due to the short time the club would have to put it into practice, according to Doctor Alexandre Cavalcante, who is president of the SAF Board of Directors.
"In every way, Belo SAF tried to bring more comfort to our fans. But unfortunately, there was no possibility of separation and price of tickets for the visiting fans. At the same time, an attempt was made to take the visiting fans to the West Sombra Sector, but there was a technical need. Because it would have required a renovation that was not possible because there was not enough time to approve this renovation ", he informs.
According to the Paraíba club, the decision was made with the comfort of the fans in mind.
"With this meeting with the security forces and all public agents, it was concluded that, safer and more comfortable for all fans, it would be to make this specific modification so that the event takes place in a safer and more comfortable way for fans", he concluded.

Flamengo officially announced the signing of Colombian midfielder Jorge Carrascal this Thursday (31). At 27 years old, the player arrived in Rio de Janeiro after a long journey of more than 19 hours , coming from Russia, where he played for Dynamo Moscow. He is the fourth reinforcement confirmed by the club in the window, alongside Saúl, Emerson Royal and Samuel Lino.
The acquisition of Carrascal represents another step in Flamengo's ambitious project for the remainder of the season. To complete the deal with the Russian club, Flamengo paid 12 million euros— approximately R$77.5 million at the current exchange rate —in a negotiation that dragged on for weeks.
This Thursday (31), the midfielder appeared at Ninho do Urubu, where he underwent medical examinations , visited the facilities at CT George Helal and met with the Technical Director of Football, José Boto. After the completion of the procedures, the player signed a contract with Flamengo.
Carrascal's official presentation was scheduled to take place at the Maracanã stadium before the Copa do Brasil round of 16 clash against Atlético-MG. Negotiations between Flamengo and Dynamo Moscow began even before the Club World Cup , but faced obstacles before completion.
