In training this Monday (29) at Ninho do Urubu, Flamengo received good news. Everton Cebolinha, who was absent in the last few games due to an injury to his right calf, returned to training with the ball and will soon be available for Tite.

Everton has not participated in a match since April 18, when Flamengo faced São Paulo at Maracanã. On that occasion, the player, wearing shirt number 11, started the game as a starter, but had to be replaced after just 13 minutes of play.

The bad news of the day came with the confirmation of injuries to Arrascaeta and Erick Pulgar in the classic against Botafogo. The Uruguayan was diagnosed with a small injury to the back of his right thigh, while the Chilean had a confirmed sprain in his left ankle.

After the defeat to Botafogo, Flamengo now directs its focus to the Copa do Brazil. The team led by coach Tite will return to the field on Wednesday (1), at 9:30 pm, to face Amazonas at Maracanã, in a game valid for the third phase of the competition. The technical committee is working to prepare the player for the clash against Bragantino away from home in the Brasileirão.

The Bahian team is going through a different phase. Also in the last five matches, Vitória has earned only four points , with four draws and a 2-0 loss to São Paulo, leaving them with the second-worst record in the section, ahead only of Red Bull Bragantino, which has three.
