Cacau Cotta, Flamengo's director of external relations, faces yet another setback when he is once again banned from the club's trip to São Paulo and Chile. This decision comes after the recent visit to Bolivia, where Cotta hoped to end the friction with Marcos Braz, however, the climate between the leaders remains tense internally.

The exclusion of Cacau Cotta from the Flamengoto São Paulo and Chile comes as an offshoot of the internal conflicts that have marked the club's management. Cotta, who held the position of director of external relations, has faced disagreements with Marcos Braz, an important figure on the board of the Rio club.

BAD CLIMATE BEHIND THE SCENES OF FLAMENGO

Cacau's expectation was that the trip to Bolivia could serve as a turning point in tensions with Braz. However, the expectations of the director of external relations did not materialize, and friction between the directors remains.

Since the trip to Bolivia, relations between Cacau Cotta and Marcos Braz have not shown significant improvement. Braz, who shows dissatisfaction with Cotta's stance, appears not to give in to his demands, keeping the atmosphere tense behind the scenes at Flamengo.

Cotta's veto on the trip to São Paulo and Chile can be interpreted as yet another chapter of this internal dispute, which has had an impact on the club's working environment. The absence of the director of external relations in important commitments reinforces the division between red and black leaders.
