After the draw for Libertadores, the group of Flamengoin the competition. Thus, in group E, there are Rubro Negro, Bolívar (BOL), Millionarios (COL) and Palestino (CHI). This way, Mais Querido will have two matches at altitude, the worst possible opponent.

However, after Rodolfo Landim and Marcos Braz express their dissatisfaction with the opponents commentator Vítor Birner said that Flamengo cannot complain about the group and is capable of winning all six matches.

“I agree with the president of Flamengo: there are groups weaker than the Flamengo group. But Flamengo's group is very accessible not only for first place, but also for ending up winning every game. The altitude may have an impact there, in the game against Bolívar, perhaps in the game against Millonarios. But it's a very accessible group, Flamengo can't complain about the group”, said the ESPN commentator.

COMMENTATOR ANALYZES FLAMENGO'S OPPONENTS

Right on Next, Vítor analyzed the opponents of the Rubro Negro group and explained his reasoning: “Bolívar is a team from the City group, they play at altitude, some danger without a doubt, but the difference in strength is very large. Millonarios also plays at altitude; He played 12 games for the Colombian Championship, six defeats, three wins, three draws. It starts very badly”, he stated, even stressing that the analysis was superficial, as he has not yet seen games from these teams this year.

FLAMENGO’S DEBUT IN THE LIBERTADORES < Conmebol has not yet defined the date on which Flamengo will debut in the Libertadores, but the days are between April 2nd and 4th. Therefore, Rubro Negro will have to play the first round of the group stage against Millionario (COL), away from home, at altitude.

Last Tuesday, the candidate for re-election for mayor of Rio de Janeiro, Eduardo Paes, denied the journalist Ancelmo Gois, from Globo. In a post on Instagram, the mayor informed that the city hall will be responsible for removing the megastructure on the gas meter site, different from what was reported. Furthermore, he guaranteed that Flamengo will have its new stadium, with the best conditions and security.

The news published by Ancelmo informs that Flamengo would have to pay R$100 million to remove a large gas structure present on land acquired by the club, which is owned by CEG and CEG-Rio, which are companies that are part of the gas concessionaire Naturgy.

According to the article, the companies were informed that Flamengo is the responsible for bearing the expenses, as provided for in one of the annexes to the land purchase and transfer contract. The clause, however, does not have a specified limit.

Eduardo Paes guarantees that the removal is the responsibility of Rio's city hall.

Paes stated that the values for the transfer of the structure are different from what was pointed out in the article by Ancelmo Gois. Furthermore, it exempted Flamengo from any responsibility, and that the city hall has been planning to remove it for years.

“They are making me defend @flamengo more than I would like: let it be clear that this is not the The cost of this transfer and when it happens will be the responsibility of the city of Rio, which knows that this structure cannot be in an area that is already receiving so many residential buildings. It's been in our plans for a long time! Flamengo will have its new stadium there in the gasometer with all the quality and safety that the region demands and deserves. Period!”, published the mayor.

Commentator blasts Gabigol and highlights: “he doesn’t produce anything”

Gabigol's contract is nearing the end and the draft is getting smaller and smaller. In this way, the striker once again became a topic on sports programs and for commentator Rodrigo Mattos, the number 99 does not deserve more time on the field than he has received.

This is because, in the draw in last Sunday's classic (15), Carlinhos was chosen by Tite to replace Bruno Henrique, making it clear that, at this moment, Gabigol is the red-black's third option.

"The most important thing is not that Gabigol is happy, it is that Flamengo is happy with the level of Gabigol's performances. And I think that neither Flamengo nor any fans are satisfied. It's not possible to put it into account the lack of rhythm, of minutes. He's had a zillion chances, he comes in and doesn't produce anything, he never gains rhythm. Then, it's always this thing of giving continuity. , said Rodrigo Mattos on 'Uol'.

Soon afterwards, Renato Maurício Prado disagreed with Rodrigo's opinion: “I agree that Gabigol is not delivering anything, but I think Tite should have put him as a center forward instead of Pedro. Two, three games, give it a chance. He only replaces Arrascaeta, he has nothing to do with that position. Putting Carlinhos in front of him, no matter how bad he is, is absurd to me. In fact, the entire Maracanã thought that (against Vasco)”, he commented.

GOAL DRY AND END OF CONTRACT

Gabigol's last goal for Flamengo was on July 20th, for the Brasileirão. Therefore, with Pedro's injury, the number 99 will have to reestablish himself to score again for Rubro-Negro.

It is worth remembering that the striker's contract with Rubro-Negro ends on December 31st . Thus, Gabigol only has three more months to complete his stay at Mais Querido with a "golden key".
