“Evidently, SEP (Palmeiras), which attested to the technical capacity of the Consórcio Maracanã para Todos, publicly expressed the failure of Real Arenas in maintaining the Allianz Parque stadium, which discredits the supposed technical qualifications of the consortium", stated the Fla and Flu document.
