Flamengo and Bruno Henrique's agent have not yet reached an agreement to renew the striker's contract with the club. Therefore, the player's staff, Denis Ricardo, has suffered threats from Rubro Negro fans on social media.
For a large part of the Rubro Negra fans, Denis Ricardo is making it difficult for Bruno Henrique to renew at the Rio club. Negotiations are still ongoing and this past Tuesday (10) there was a meeting between the parties, but no agreement was reached.
When negotiations began, Flamengo made a proposal for another year of contract for Bruno Henrique. Gávea's number 27 staff made a counter-proposal for two more seasons, the board relented, however, now Denis is asking for three years and a salary increase. The directors of Mais Querido, on the other hand, did not like the terms and talks continue to reach an agreement.
Rubro Negro's expectation is to renew with Bruno Henrique as soon as possible, as they have clubs in the Brazil and abroad keeping an eye on the attacker. Palmeiras even made a proposal to the Mais Querido idol with R$2 million in salary, in addition to a three-year contract, according to findings from Coluna do Fla.
Even though he was being harassed by several clubs, Bruno Henrique continues to prioritize renewing his contract with Flamengo and remains at the club's disposal. Mais Querido's number 27 normally trains under the command of Tite at CT Ninho do Urubu, for the next clash against Cruzeiro.
The teams play the first game of the quarterfinals at 7 p.m.

Tite defined Flamengo and announced the 11 starters who will face Peñarol, this Thursday, at Maracanã, at 7pm. De la Cruz returns to the starting lineup in place of Léo Ortiz, and Alex Sandro and Plata were retained. The duel with the Uruguayans is the first between the teams in the quarter-finals of the Copa Conmebol Libertadores.
Alex Sandro and Plata, debutants in last Sunday's classic, remain in the team after having good performances in the draw against Vasco. Gabigol is now out of the relationship due to fibrosis in the posterior muscle of his right thigh. Flamengo, in a statement, reported that the athlete did not suffer any injury in the region. "The Clube de Regatas do Flamengo informs that the athlete Gabriel Barbosa underwent tests that did not diagnose an injury to the posterior muscle of his right thigh. However, the Technical Committee opted for precaution and did not list him for the duel against Peñarol due to fibrosis in the region. Gabi is handed over to physiotherapists and physical trainers for the series of decisive games of the season."
