The process for construction Flamengo's stadiumin Gasometer gained another chapter. This Thursday, together with Caixa Econômica Federal, the Attorney General's Office and Rio City Hall, Rubro-Negro requested that all processes regarding the expropriation of the Gasometer land be suspended for 90 days.
< The parties filed a joint action in the Federal Regional Court this Thursday (12). Decision that takes place shortly after the start of the mediation process with the Federal Public Administration Mediation and Conciliation Chamber (CCAF). The information comes from journalist Ancelmo Gois, from ‘O Globo’.
The deadline for the mediating body to suggest a solution to the impasse involving the value of the land is 45 days. As the process was initiated on August 30th, the forecast is that the AGU will present options from the second half of October, when there will finally be a definition on the construction of the Flamengo stadium in the Gasometer.
Today , despite having already paid for the land purchased at auction, Flamengo cannot acquire the term of possession of the land. This is because issuance is only permitted after all stages of legal challenges have been completed. The movements are part of the agreement signed in a meeting between AGU, Caixa and Rio City Hall with President Lula, in Brasília, at the end of August. The expectation is that a deal will finally happen.
Decision on the stadium will be close to Flamengo's election
Less than two months to go until Flamengo's presidential election Flamengo when a solution for the stadium is defined. The stadium is important in red-black politics this year and used by all candidates, who have their own construction projects.
The vote to define the new president of Flamengo will be on December 9th , a Monday. But, in addition, it is important to highlight the even greater proximity to the municipal elections. Coach Filipe Luís will have some important news. Midfielder Jorge Carrascal , the latest signing in the transfer window, has already had his name published in the CBF's Daily Information Bulletin (BID) and will be included in the squad, with a good chance of making his debut with the Sacred Mantle.
In addition, Bruno Henrique and Luiz Araújo return after being rested against Atlético-MG in the Copa do Brasil due to physical activity management. Michael, who has recovered from ankle pain, may also be available.

Jorginho is serving an automatic suspension after receiving his third yellow card . Danilo (right thigh injury), De La Cruz (left knee problem) and Erick Pulgar (recovering from foot surgery) remain out.

After serving a suspension in the victory over Vasco, left-back Reinaldo returns to the team, taking Felipe Jonatan's place . Leão's top scorer in the Brasileirão, the number 6 has seven goals in the competition and is the team's official penalty taker.
Mirassol's likely lineup is : Walter; Lucas Ramon, João Victor, Jemmes and Reinaldo; Neto Moura, Danielzinho and Gabriel; Negueba, Edson Carioca and Chico da Costa.
The main absence will be coach Rafael Guanaes , suspended for a third yellow card . Without the manager, assistant Ivan Baitello will be on the sidelines for the club's debut at Maracanã. Guanaes' team hasn't been defeated since May 5th, when they lost to Red Bull Bragantino.
