Today Flamengo's consensus name with acceptance among directors, players and employees, Tite already had internal resistance due to the fact that his main works were marked by insurmountable defenses and not by the offensive DNA that the red and black fans so much snake.

That leaves the question: is one of the greatest coaches in the history of Brazil, does Tite look like Flamengo? According to research carried out by the portal Ge, with four former players who played for Fla and trained with Tite, yes, the coach may indeed have the same Flamengo look.

Scorer of the 1999 state goal, Rodrigo Mendes he is the only one in the group that was led by Tite at Grêmio. They worked together from 2001 to 2003. Flamengo's new coach managed the other three at Corinthians, but at different times: Ramon from 2011 to 2012, Ibson in 2013 and Cristian between 2015 and 2016.

Check out what each one said about the coach:

Rodrigo Mendes: "In relation to whether or not Tite looks like Flamengo , I think he can build an image linked to the history, tradition and style of play of the club for sure because I think he is one of the best qualified guys in the current market. So much so that he spent almost two cycles in the Brazilian team, he has a very qualified team (committee). Ibson: "I have no doubt that he looks like Flamengo. He's a competent guy who understands a lot about football. The story him says it all. Flamengo's team is very good and I'm sure he'll do well. He's a sensational guy, who knows how to manage groups very well and get the best out of players. That's his main characteristic. No to for a reason he made it to the Brazilian team. Everyone had great affection for him, and I have no doubt that this will happen at Flamengo. He will arrive and do the job, as he has always done at other clubs. He is a guy who knows how to deal with human beings. This is very important nowadays: knowing how to manage and have the respect of the players. I'll be rooting for him."
Ramon: "Tite has the look of any club in Brazil. His career needs no comment, a coach who won many titles and who, in my opinion, is the best in Brazil. Whether it will work out for Flamengo is difficult to predict, but Flamengo minimized the error. Tite likes a very tactically organized and cohesive team, and Flamengo has the human material for that. The main work I believe will be for 2024, when he will assemble the squad and see the pieces that best fit his style of play."  Cristian: "Tite is the man from any club. He is a coach who needs no comments. I have the right to say: his fieldwork, for me, is one of the best I've had since returning from Europe in terms of intensity and competitiveness."
