The 2024 season is about to start. This way, the players continue to enjoy the last days of their vacation, as is the case of ex-Flamengo player Arturo Vidal, who is without a team. The steering wheel revealed in a live broadcast the problems with alcohol addiction in the past and warned today's young people to be more responsible.
"Now we are at zero, zero alcohol. Before, it wasn't crazy either, it was when we could. People They're not in everyday life, they see what's on the news. Do you think if it was like people say, I'd be on the best teams in the world, in Europe winning the championship every year? Maybe if you drink every day you'll be screwing yourself, but if you do it once a month it's okay", said Vidal, in a live on Twitch.
"You have to drink alcohol when you're champion, to be able to have fun. To this level, you can't give yourself an advantage, but I think all players serve when they can", concluded the Chilean. The midfielder sent a message that young people need to be more focused on football.
VIDAL'S PASS WITH FLAMENGOThe Chilean midfielder arrived at Mais Querido in 2022 with the status of a major signing. However, Vidal was unable to fit into football under the commands of Dorival Júnior, Vitor Pereira and Jorge Sampaoli. For Rubro Negro, the Chilean played 51 games, scored two goals and provided three assists.
