In addition to accumulating titles as a player at Flamengo, Filipe Luís is also starting to win them as coach of the red and black youth team. This past Saturday afternoon (24), the coach held the under-20 World Cup at Maracanã. After the unprecedented title, he highlighted how much the achievement was in the details against Olympiacos.

In the second half of the match, when Mais Querido was still losing to Olympiacos, Filipe Luís made two changes that were essential for the turnaround. The entries of Caio Garcia and Felipe Teresa. In this way, the coach's reading meant that the turnaround came with goals precisely from the two young men who came off the bench.

“I told them that, sometimes, the player who plays five minutes is more important than those who play 85 minutes. We think about every moment of the game. Sometimes I need to be unfair with what they do in training, you can only choose 11. But, it's good that the coach feels unfair, because that means I have someone to choose from. They train very well, they have a very high merit in this, it is their total merit", highlighted coach Filipe Luís.

UNRELEASED TITLE

The under-20 World Cup title is unprecedented in history of the Most Dear. This is because Rubro-Negro is debuting in the competition, as well as in the Libertadores category. Now, Mais Querido will look to win the under-20 Brasileirão again.

FOCUS ON THE NEXT GAME

The Boys from the Ninho won't have much time to celebrate the title. That's because Rubro-Negro returns to the field next Thursday (29), at 3pm, in a clash for the quarter-finals of the Brasileirão.
