During his participation in the videocast “Toca e Passa” (Touch and Pass), published by the newspaper O Globo , René Simões shared behind-the-scenes details of his relationship with Filipe Luís, the current coach of Flamengo. Midfielder Jorge Carrascal made his debut for Flamengo this Wednesday (13), against Internacional , in a duel valid for the round of 16 of the Copa Libertadores. The Colombian player, who was already regularized, was related last Saturday (9), against Mirassol, but did not enter the field on that occasion.
The opportunity arose during the continental tournament. Carrascal replaced Gonzalo Plata in the 28th minute of the second half and remained on the field for 23 minutes, including stoppage time. Playing at the Maracanã, the athlete made his first appearances in an official match for the red-and-black jersey.
