Flamengo has just signed a new contract with Pixbet, which promises to further strengthen the club's coffers. The contractual adjustment with the master sponsor will guarantee Rubro-Negro an amount of R$ 460 million over four years of contract.
SIGNIFICANT ANNUAL AMOUNT
The new agreement establishes that Flamengo will receive R$115 million per year. This value includes professional men's and women's football, in addition to Olympic sports. Compared to the previous contract, which was worth R$80 million per year, the adjustment represents a considerable increase in sponsorship.
COMPARISON WITH CORINTHIANS
Although the gross annual value of the contract with Pixbet (R$ 115 million) is slightly lower than the R$ 120 million that Corinthians receives from "Vaidabet", Flamengo has an advantage in net value. This is because Corinthians' contract includes a R$44 million fine for Pixbet itself and a R$25 million commission, resulting in a net annual value of R$97 million for the São Paulo club. Flamengo, in turn, will receive the entire contract with Pixbet, without discounts, thus guaranteeing a higher net value.
THE STRENGTH OF PIXBET
Pixbet has established itself as the largest sports betting platform in Brazil and is already among the largest in the world. The company has invested heavily in bold marketing strategies, establishing a presence throughout the country. In 2022, Pixbet sponsored the broadcast of the World Cup on TV Globo, further reinforcing its visibility and influence in the market.
Discussions about a new contract between the number 10 and Mengão came to light at the beginning of the year, but the idea was left aside by the club.

Flamengo is preparing to face Internacional this Sunday (17), for the 20th round of the Brazilian Championship. On Friday afternoon (15), Arrascaeta gave a press conference and avoided commenting on a possible contract renewal with the club.

The Uruguayan's contract with the club runs until December 2026, and Flamengo only intends to begin negotiations to renew his contract in early 2026.
