Flamengo has reached a decision on the signing of Gabriel Jesus for 2026.

Without a place in Filipe Luís's squad, defender Pablo took to social media to discuss his current situation at Flamengo. The defender stated that, despite training separately from the group for eight months, he remains motivated and emotionally balanced in the face of the situation.

In a post made last Thursday (25), Pablo said he doesn't want to be seen just as the player removed from the squad. He stressed that his stance doesn't mean conformity, but rather resilience. The defender also emphasized that his reality is not linked to financial issues: " It's not about what you have, but about what you carry. What I carry is much bigger than the situation I live in," he wrote.

Currently, the former Corinthians player works at CT Ninho do Urubu at different times than his teammates. At the beginning of the season, he played in the first matches of the Campeonato Carioca , but since then has not received any new opportunities with the first team. With a contract valid until December 2025, the player is expected to leave the Rubro-Negro at the end of his contract.
