FLAMENGO TAKES A NEW SIGNIFICANT STEP TOWARDS CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW STADIUM - SEE

Flamengo received more good news in relation to its quest to build its own stadium. According to information obtained by the newspaper "O Globo", Rubro-Negro's directors advanced in negotiations with Caixa Econômica for the acquisition of the Gasologista land. The club considers this location, located in the Port Zone of Rio de Janeiro, as ideal for the construction of its arena.

At this moment, the club's representatives are focused on developing an "ideal project" to present to the land administrator. The Rubro-Negro leader, Marcos Bodin, accompanied by members of the legal department, brought experts in arena construction to provide detailed information about the project.

After the successful onslaught of Flamengo, president Rodolfo Landim received positive feedback. Given this, the agent is now seeking to schedule a meeting to discuss values ​​with Caixa Econômica. It is important to highlight that Flamengo has the support of the city hall in the development of the project.

Finally, the club intends to use the construction potential of Gávea to strengthen the proposal for the land. In total, it is estimated that this strategy could generate an offer of approximately R$250 million.
