The Flamengo dressing room before the 2-0 victory over Palestino in the Libertadores, this Wednesday (10 ), was the scene of an incisive charge from Arrascaeta. Team captain and two-time tournament champion for Mengão, the Uruguayan star highlighted the importance of international games and urged the team to prepare to build a winning season.

"A We know that Libertadores is different. Intense and tough games... We are not satisfied with what we have already won. This group wants bigger things", emphasized Arrascaeta, followed by words of encouragement from Tite's coaching staff and other players.
BRUNO HENRIQUE ALSO COMMENTED ON THE IMPORTANT VICTORY

The team responded to Arrascaeta's appeal, especially in the first half, and left the field with a 2-0 victory. The triumph received praise from another red-black idol: Bruno Henrique. The striker highlighted the difficulty of the match to value the result and reiterated the team's objectives for the season.

"Congratulations. Libertadores everyone knows it's difficult and at home we need to win. We took a team young and with fast players, but we managed to set a strong pace and emerge victorious. Now let's rest, because the journey is long", commented Camisa 27.

With the draw against Millonarios and the victory over Palestino, Flamengo accumulates four points and occupies second place in group E. The team is behind Bolívar, which maintains 100% success with six points. Considering that the Bolivian team plays its games in La Paz, 3,600 meters above sea level, it is likely that the dispute for leadership with Fla will continue until the end of the group stage.

Allan arrived at Flamengo with great expectations after a controversial negotiation that generated controversy at Atlético Mineiro, his ex -team. Bought for more than R$43 million, the player arrived at Ninho do Urubu recovering from surgery caused by stress on his lumbar spine.

However, since his arrival at Fla, Allan has faced a series of setbacks , including two injuries and one case of dengue. These circumstances significantly impacted their performance on the field, something expected given the adversities they faced.

In view of this scenario, in collaboration with the technical committee led by Tite, Flamengo mounted an operation to recover the player. Physical trainer Fábio Mahseredjian identified physical losses in the steering wheel and, after his recovery from dengue fever in February, worked intensely on his recovery.

OPERATION TO LEAVE ALLAN 100%

The club's medical and high-performance department, led by Márcio Tannure, also mobilized itself in specific work for Allan's recovery. Furthermore, the physiotherapy department implemented daily exercises and preventive work aimed at improving the player's physical fitness.

Allan's recovery is viewed favorably by Flamengo's technical committee. After the victory over Palestino, Tite revealed a conversation with the midfielder, highlighting the importance of regaining his physical condition to reach the same level of performance he had at Atlético Mineiro.

The Brazilian Football League (LIBRA) is active to help clubs in negotiations regarding broadcasting rights for the national championship. One of the key teams in the group is Flamengo. However, with the possible entry of Corinthians into the organization, Rubro-Negro could end up having its revenue affected.

According to the Coluna do Fla portal, LIBRA negotiated a five-year contract with the clubs, with value of R$1.3 billion. However, if Corinthians wants to join the program, total revenue will fall by 10% of what was initially predicted. It is worth noting that, at the moment, the São Paulo team is outside the group.

In addition to Flamengo, other Brazilian football teams have signed an agreement with LIBRA regarding the Brasileirão broadcasting rights from 2025 to 2029 with the Rede Globo. Among the clubs in Series A are Palmeiras, São Paulo, Atlético-MG and Grêmio. For the second division, Santos will be one of the representatives.

After long controversies and many questions regarding the contract, Flamengo's Deliberative Council approved the sale of Brasileirão's broadcasting rights to Rede Globo from 2025 to 2029. The vote had 218 in favor, 149 against and seven abstentions. Rubro-Negro will receive R$210 million from the broadcaster starting next year.

Flamengo's debut at Brasileirão already has a date and time set for it to take place. This Sunday (14), at 4pm (Brasília time), Mengão will face Atlético-GO, in the first round of the tournament. The duel will be played at Serra Dourada. However, before this commitment, Fla takes the field, this time, for the Libertadores, this Wednesday (10), at 9:30 pm (Brasília time), against Palestino (CHI).
