With a packed gym in João Pessoa, Flamengo dominated the decisive second day of the Brazilian Artistic Gymnastics Championship and came away with 11 medals in the apparatus finals. Flamengo qualified for the final of the Carioca Women's Championship this past Saturday (21). The "Garotas da Gávea" beat Botafogo 3-1, in a game valid for the last round of the first phase, and advanced to the decision. The scorers of the goals were: Mariana, Ana Papel and Nicoli.
