The Clube de Regatas do Flamengo, one of the largest sporting institutions in Brazil, is considering a significant change in its legal structure. According to information obtained by the website Mundo Rubro Negro, the club's vice-president of Heritage, Arthur Rocha, cousin of president Rodolfo Landim, is leading the initiative to present to the Deliberative Council of Flamengo a project that could transform the club into a Sociedade Anônima do Futebol (SAF).
The proposal, which promises to make an impact both among fans and on the national sporting scene, aims to modernize Flamengo's management and enhance its sources of revenue. The SAF model would allow the club to capture investments in a more efficient and transparent way, in addition to opening doors for strategic partnerships with companies in the sports sector.
A FIGHT FOR EXPANSION
The initiative, which has been discussed behind the scenes for months, is gaining strength with the support of just over a thousand members of Flamengo. Rocha, who has played a central role in this process , intends to present a detailed text to the Deliberative Council, outlining the steps necessary for the club's transformation.
Although the idea of a SAF may generate heated debates among more traditional fans, it is important to highlight that the main objective This initiative is to ensure the club's long-term financial sustainability. The modernization of management is a global trend in the world of sport, and Flamengo, as one of the powerhouses of Brazilian football, cannot be left behind in this aspect.
It is worth mentioning that the proposal is still in its initial phase and that its implementation will depend on a series of approvals and adjustments. Flamengo's Deliberative Council, made up of member representatives and responsible for making strategic decisions on behalf of the club, will be the main forum for debate on this issue.

Without concrete sales proposals, the striker will have a new chance at Mais Querido with the suspension of the number 27 in Brazilian Championship games

Three weeks ago, Juninho's representatives presented the club with two loan offers from Arab football . The board, however, rejected the proposals, making it clear that they would only agree to a permanent deal for the striker for a fair fee. Thus, despite previously being on the "expendable" list, the player remained on the roster and will be reused.
Despite the limited opportunities he's had on the pitch so far, Filipe Luís expresses confidence in Juninho. The coach noted that the striker has performed well in training and is maintaining good physical shape. He is expected to return to the squad and earn playing time in the Brazilian Championship. It's worth noting that his signing was approved by the coaching staff at the time.
Bruno Henrique's suspension is unlikely to result in any market movements. Mengão was already considering the possibility of losing the number 27 and believes the current squad offers sufficient alternatives. Filipe Luís believes Pedro has reached his peak physical form and can assume a greater offensive role , while Gonzalo Plata and Wallace Yan are options for the midfield. Furthermore, Juninho will be reinstated in the Brasileirão squad.
The Superior Court of Sports Justice sentenced Bruno Henrique this Thursday (29) to a 12-game suspension and the payment of a fine of R$60,000 . The decision is valid for national competitions, such as the Brazilian Championship and the Copa do Brasil, but does not affect, for now, the Libertadores.
However, the case is expected to be referred to FIFA . If the governing body agrees to extend the ban, the striker will also be barred from international matches, increasing the impact of the punishment for Mengão.
