Flamengo continues with the agenda of building its own stadium. In studies carried out by Mais Querido directors, the board projects an expense of R$2 billion between land and construction. For this reason, the club's president, Rodolfo Landim, seeks to implement SAF in Rubro-Negro.

According to information from the UOL portal, Rodolfo Landim believes it is necessary to implement a SAF for Flamengo to have its own stadium. This is because Mais Querido could suffer millionaire losses if it uses its own resources to buy the land and build the sports square.

It is worth highlighting that, according to Landim, investment funds and companies are interested in the possible Flamengo's SAF. The red-black president understands that Mais Querido is a 'money-making machine' and, therefore, large investors are interested in having shares in Clube da Gávea.

For this reason, Rodolfo Landim has already started the negotiations to leave an agreement in place before leaving Flamengo's top management. A possible SAF, however, will only be permitted if members of the Deliberative Council approve the new management model.

Bayern Munich (ALE) is the great management model that inspires Rodolfo Landim. The German team sold minority stakes to three large companies, but maintains full power of the club. This is because the German team has 75% of the shares, while Adidas, Allianz and Audi have 8.3% each.

Renato Maurício Prado lists 10 questions about Tite that have no answers

For the journalist, it is not possible to understand how the coach is still in charge of Flamengo

After the tragic elimination of Flamengo in the Libertadores, against Peñarol, the journalist Renato Maurício Prado, wrote in his 'Uol' column, questions, for him, without answers, regarding the work of Tite and the Flamengo board in the current season.

Following in full:

1. How can a team that needs to win not shoot on goal? In two entire matches, against Peñarol (which spends less than 15% of Flamengo's salary on its football), there were only two shots towards the rival's goal.

2. How can a coach leave the club's most expensive signing, Carlos Alcaraz, on the bench, preferring to exchange Fabrício Bruno for David Luiz, as if that would make any difference?

3. How can a coach who calls himself a "chameleon", for "knowing how to play in different ways", attribute the resounding failure of his work to the injury of a center forward, Pedro, around whom the team's entire scheme was created?

4. How this scheme never worked, even with Pedro on the field, during most of the poor Libertadores campaign, with defeats to Bolívar. Palestinian and what not?

5. How could the work of a year, considered by many to be the best Brazilian coach in activity, been unable to produce even a draft team with the supposedly best squad in Brazil?

6. How did Carioquinha's impregnable defense become a sieve, Swiss cheese, even though it has admittedly good quality players?

7. How did De La Cruz and Arrascaeta start to play so badly? What's wrong with preparing both?

8. How do Rodolfo Landim and Marcos Braz still think they will win their respective elections with another year of collecting failures, like in 2023?

9. How can Flamengo believe that they will win the Copa do Brasil by continuing such poor work?

10. How has Tite not been fired yet?

Gerson regretted the elimination of Flamengo to Peñarol, this Thursday (26), in the quarter-finals of the Libertadores. The teams drew 0-0 in Uruguay — the Uruguayans had won the first game 1-0, at Maracanã. The midfielder spoke about Flamengo's anxiety in the search for a goal in tonight's game and assessed that the classification was lost in the first game. What did he say?

Anxiety about scoring a goal. We had a good first half, we accelerated the game in the second half, we got into his game. It's sad, difficult to talk about. Frustrated with the result, we lost classification on the first leg, at home.

Gerson, on ESPN

Léo Pereira and Fabrício Bruno also talk about the future

They played both series for one ball, they got it and it's their credit. That's what they planned. It's difficult to talk, it's sad, we wanted things. Now we have to raise our heads, we have Brazil and the Brazilian Cup ahead of us.

Léo Pereira

We are angry about the game we played at home, but after we scored the goal we started to accelerate a lot. We were very impatient and left something to be desired at home. Here we impose ourselves, I don't remember a clear chance for them. It's about apologizing to the fans, we still have the rest of the season, we have to work hard to win the title in the Copa do Brasil or the Brazilian Championship.

Fabrício Bruno

The team's next opponent Flamengo will be Athlético-PR, in a match valid for the Brazilian Championship. The duel is scheduled for 8pm, at Maracanã.

FLAMENGO STADIUM: CHECK OUT THE INSPIRATIONS IN BRAZIL AND THE WORLD FOR 'GENERAL'

Flamengo president Rodolfo Landim revealed that he will fulfill an old promise regarding the possible new stadium, last Thursday. According to him, if the red-black club's new home really gets off the ground, it will have two sectors without seats, one behind each goal. The club's current president stated that he is inspired by the "general" of other arenas around the world, such as that of Signal Iduna Park, owned by Borussia Dortmund (ALE).

For Flamengo, which has its history absolutely linked to Maracanã, the "general" has great symbolism. In the old days of the stadium, the popular sector, without seats and located on the edge of the field, marked an era in Rio's football. Nowadays, the grandstand style has taken on new formats, but can still be seen in several arenas around the world, mainly in Germany.

Signal Iduna Park is a reference to modernism, without abandoning the "root" of the stands. Borussia Dortmund's home ground is known worldwide for the "yellow wall" sector, which is behind one of the goals. There is no separation into upper and lower stands, and the space has no chairs, which benefits the cauldron aesthetic. The yellow wall sector model is the most requested among Flamengo fans, for their possible new stadium. In addition to the proximity of the stands to the field, the size of the space allocated for the most ardent fans is one of the factors that pleases not only the red and black fans, but also the club's management.

Home of the main team from Germany, Bayern Munich, the Allianz Arena was opened in 2005. Even though it is a recent construction and has an aesthetic very similar to the most modern arenas in the world, the place has a reserved space without chairs. It is behind one of the goals, in the so-called southern sector of the stadium.

Despite some flamengo fans not being pleased with the modern aesthetic presented, the Allianz Arena is seen as one of the references of the red-black board, for the construction of its new stadium. The sector where organized Bayern fans are is not that big, compared to Signal Iduna Park, as it only occupies the lower ring of the three that are present behind one of the goals. However, the proximity of the stands to the field is seen as a positive factor.

The Neo Química Arena, formerly the Corinthians Arena, was opened in 2014 for the World Cup in Brazil. After the end of the World Cup, the chairs in one of the sectors behind the goal were removed. One of the most modern stadiums in Brazil, the home of the São Paulo club manages to create a "cauldron" aesthetic due to the popular space. In addition to the non-seat sector of the arena not being separated by a lower and upper ring, its proximity to the field creates a favorable environment for the home team. Large, spacious and eye-catching, the place where Corinthians' organized fans are located has already witnessed several parties and is one of the differences of the club's stadium.

The MRV Arena, the most recent in Brazil, opened in 2023, tried bring a modern stadium aesthetic. However, the project always envisaged a popular sector without chairs. The same is intended for the main organized fans of Atlético-MG. The space is behind one of the goals, only in the lower ring. Although the sector without chairs is not considered large and spacious, its proximity to the field gives it a "cauldron" aesthetic. The place was designed to house not only Atlético-MG's most ardent fans, but also the mast flags, horizontal and vertical banners and flags of the club's organization.
