According to Venê Casagrande, Gabriel Noga and Werton, two promises from the club's youth teams, embarked for Portugal where they will sign a contract with Leixões. The departure of the young talents marks a new phase in the careers of both men, who will now have the opportunity to showcase their skills on an international stage.

Gabriel Noga and Werton have similar trajectories in the Flamengo. Both were revealed in the club's youth categories and stood out from an early age. Gabriel Noga, a firm and confident defender, was always seen as a promise for the red and black defense. Werton, in turn, is a skilled midfielder, known for his vision of the game and ability to create attacking opportunities.

FROM THE NEST TO THE WORLD

The two players went through all the training stages at Flamengo, from the under-15 to under-20 categories. During this period, they won several titles and gained the trust of the coaching staff. The solid performance of both secured their promotions to the first team, where they continued to show their potential.

The move to Leixões represents a significant challenge for Noga and Werton. Playing for a European club requires quick adaptation to a new style of play and a different culture. However, this change also brings countless opportunities. International experience can be crucial for the development of their careers, providing visibility and opening doors to future contracts in more competitive leagues.
