This Saturday morning (20), Flamengo hosted Serrano, at CEFAN, in the seventh round of the Copa Rio U-15. Mengão won the match 4-3 and will have Fluminense as their opponent in the next round. João Vitor, Luiz Guilherme, Gabriel Santos and Hoyte (own goal) scored for #GarotosDoNinho's goals.
THE GAME
Mengão started the match went on the attack, but until 10 minutes into the first half the match was still very studied in midfield. At 15', Gabriel Santos hits a beautiful ball to João Vitor who shoots towards the area and in an individual play finishes to the left of the opposing goalkeeper. In a quick counterattack, Pedro Ferreira finds captain Gabriel Santos inside the area and the number 5 dos Garotos do Ninho scores the fourth in the match. At 33', in a play on the right wing, the ball is crossed and Pablinho reduces it for Serrano: 4 to 3.

Flamengo Women have a decisive challenge this Wednesday (17), at 6 pm (Brasília time), against São Paulo, at Morumbis stadium. The match, valid for the round of 16 of the Women's Brazil Cup , will be played in a single game. Flamengo begins its journey towards the semifinals of the Copa Libertadores this Thursday (18) . The first leg against Estudiantes (ARG) will be held at Maracanã, at 9:30 pm (Brasília time), and will have a full house.
All tickets were sold in advance, guaranteeing an estimated attendance of around 69,000. The expectation is that the Red-Black Nation will fill every section of the stadium , transforming the Maracanã into a cauldron to push the team toward victory.
The team will have important reinforcements. Striker Bruno Henrique and full-back Varela , who were absent last Sunday (14) against Juventude, in the Brazilian Championship , trained normally this Tuesday (16) and should be available to the coach again.
Despite their returns, Rubro-Negro will remain without midfielder Jorginho, full-back Alex Sandro, and defensive midfielder Pulgar , who are still recovering.
