The match was marked by young Everton Araújo's first goal in professional football. The goal could not have come at a better time, as it guaranteed a draw for Mais Querido in the last minute of the match.

After the feat, the jewel of Flamengo's youth categories spoke to the press on the sidelines of the lawn. In a statement, Garoto do Ninho said he was very happy and dedicated the goal to his family. It is worth remembering that Everton entered the second half of the match, replacing Léo Ortiz, to be decisive.


“Firstly, thank God. Without Him, nothing would have happened. I'm very happy with the goal. I would like to dedicate it to my family, who often stopped giving up their dreams to live mine. My mother, my father and everyone who helped me in some way. I’m very happy, just thank you, work and continue”, said Garoto do Ninho.

After being eliminated in the Copa Libertadores in the quarter-finals against Peñarol (URU), Flamengo fans started to protests against coach Tite and the board. Thus, the Nation organizes an event with banners and messages for this Sunday's game (29), against Athletico-PR, at Maracanã.

According to journalist Venê Casagrande, Flamengo fans will carry banners with messages for Maracanã. Coach Tite and the board are the main targets. In this way, the Nation prepares posters with the following words: “Against modern football”, “Very expensive ticket for little football”, “There is no lack of support. What’s missing is football”, “Management is silent. Give back my Flamengo“, “Team of millions, floodplain board”, “Flamengo belongs to the people”, “To play for Mengo, you have to be willing” and, finally, “Lots of media, little football”.

Fan protests


After the defeat in the Copa Libertadores, Flamengo fans went to the airport in the early hours of the morning to welcome the red and black squad. After leaving the place, the bus was attacked with popcorn, while part of the Nation sang against coach Tite, the players and the board.
