The duel took place at Ginásio Wilson Mânica, in Ijuí, Rio Grande do Sul.
The tournament featured three clubs and serves as preparation for the 2024/25 Superliga. On Wednesday (25), Flamengo beat Maringá. On Thursday (26), Minas also beat the team from Paraná. Therefore, this Friday (27th) the big decision took place, which had a packed gym.
Despite being a competition to open the season, Flamengo's victory gives a boost to the season. After all, Minas is the team to beat in Brazilian women's volleyball. Thus, in the last five Superligas, the Belo Horizonte team won four titles and one runner-up. In the squad, there are athletes who have played for the Brazilian team, such as Thaísa, Olympic champion and bronze medalist in this year's edition, in Paris.

FIFA will announce the venues for the 2025 Super Club World Cup this Saturday (28). The announcement will be made during the Global Citizen Festival. The event will be held in Central Park, New York. FIFA did not detail how many cities and stadiums will host the 2025 edition. This will be the first time that the tournament will feature 32 teams.
The Super World Cup will be held between June 15 and July 13, 2025 The competition already has 30 qualified teams, with three Brazilians among them: Palmeiras, Flamengo and Fluminense. Brazil may have one more representative. This is because Atlético-MG and Botafogo are fighting for the last South American place in the competition — the Libertadores title gives them the place. Peñarol [if they win the Libertadores] and Olímpia [if River wins the Libertadores] are the other teams in the running.
The places are divided into: 12 for Europe, six for South America, four for Asia, Africa and North, Central America and the Caribbean, one for Oceania and one for the host country.

Former player Adriano, known as Imperador, officially announced that he will say goodbye to the pitch on December 15th, in a special friendly match at Maracanã. The match will be attended by former teammates from two of the most notable clubs of his career: Flamengo and Inter Milan. At 42 years old, Adriano will wear both shirts, playing time for each team.

Despite having stopped a few years ago, I needed this match to finish my cycle. I owed it to everyone who supported and still supports me", said the former player.Revealed by Mais Querido, Adriano played 94 games and scored 46 goals in his two spells at the club. In the first, in 2000, he helped Mengão win their second Rio championship and the Champions Cup. Upon his return to Brazil, in 2009, he was a key player in winning the Brazilian Championship.
At Inter Milan, Adriano consolidated his international career. Between 2001 and 2009, there were 177 matches and 74 goals, in addition to seven important titles, including four Italian championships and two Italian Cups. His performance in Italy earned him the nickname "Emperor", which accompanied him for the rest of his football career. b>
Adriano has not played professionally since 2016, when he played two games for Miami United, in the United States. Before that, the striker had spells at clubs such as Athletico-PR and Corinthians, but without repeating the success of his times at Inter and Flamengo.
