Third step – redemption of gratuity
After completing the steps above, the beneficiary will be able to redeem gratuity online. The process will be similar to purchasing tickets and just follow the steps below:

2. Choose the “FREE” access option and log in with your registration details and password;
3. Register your facial biometrics (click here to check the complete step-by-step guide);
4. Choose the desired game/event;
5. Select your type of free service (Elderly or PNE);
6. Select the desired sector (see the sector with free fees available);
7. Complete the procedure by clicking “complete reservation”;
8. That's it, you've secured your ticket for the match.
After completing your ticket reservation, you will be able to access the stadium using your registered facial biometrics. The beneficiary must access the stadium carrying their original document with photo.
REDEMPTION OF FREE TICKETS – UNDER 12 YEARS OF AGE
To collect free tickets for minors 12 years old, the legal guardian will only be able to redeem the minor's free tuition if the purchase linked to their CPF is in the same sector.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE RIGHT TO FREE OF CHARGE
Children under 12 years of age are entitled to free access , adults aged 60 or over and people with disabilities and their companion.
DOCUMENTS ACCEPTED FOR FREE REGISTRATION
Free for PWD: submit original document with photo and CPF. Rio Card proving entitlement to the benefit, social card or any other type of card will only be accepted accompanied by the original, printed and valid medical report.
Free for children under 12 years old: present the original document with photo and CPF. Only the legal guardian will be able to redeem the free ticket for fans under 12 years old, in addition, the legal guardian must have a ticket from the same sector.
Free for seniors aged 60 or over : present the original document with photo and CPF.
ATTENTION:

PHYSICAL POINTS
The registration phase at physical points will take place from Monday to Saturday , from 10 am to 5 pm, starting on July 22nd. This process will take place without a closing date.

Although he was the first signing by Flamengo in this transfer window, midfielder Jorge Carrascal was the last to show up in Rio de Janeiro . According to the 'GE' portal, the last document signed by the Russian club arrived at Flamengo late in the afternoon of this Friday (1st). With that, the official announcement of the player will be made in the coming days, after the conclusion of pending procedures with Atlético-MG.
The reason for the delay was that Dynamo Moscow, his former club, took too long to complete the necessary paperwork for the transfer . The Russian team only released the Colombian after signing Rubens from Atlético-MG as a replacement.
At Dynamo's request, Flamengo will participate in the payment to Atlético-MG for Rubens' acquisition. Thus, a significant portion of the €12 million (R$77 million) invested by Carrascal will go to the Minas Gerais club.
Despite being in Rio since Wednesday, Carrascal has not yet been regularized with the CBF, which prevents him from playing in the next matches — against Ceará, this Sunday (3), for the Brasileirão, and against Atlético-MG, Wednesday (7), for the second leg of the round of 16 of the Copa do Brasil. Flamengo received, this Friday (1st), another millionaire amount related to the sale of right-back Matheuzinho. Corinthians paid around R$ 14 million to Rubro-Negro , paying off the remaining amount of the negotiation made in February of this year.
At the time, the Rio de Janeiro club sold the player for R$21.48 million, but Corinthians delayed the third installment of the agreement. As a result, Flamengo demanded immediate payment of the entire outstanding amount . The information was initially reported by the portal Meu Timão.
