Flamengo made the hiring of coach Tite official last Monday night (9). The coach's move to Rubro Negro raised many questions about him having said that he would not take over any team in 2023, after leaving the Brazilian team.

Many commentators and Corinthians fans questioned Tite and called him a liar. In his program on Band, Os Donos da Bola, Neto mocked the speech of the former commander of the Brazilian team and read the children's story of Pinocchio live. It's worth remembering that the coach rejected Corinthians four times this year alone.

So Globo journalist Eric Faria mocked the speech of everyone who was talking about Tite. When talking about the Brazilian team, he said that Fernando Diniz has already defined the lineup for this Thursday's match (12), however, he can change, but Diniz can be criticized since people cannot change their minds.< /p>

"Fernando Diniz has already defined the lineup for tomorrow's game, unless he changes his mind today. In fact, people are now criticizing others for changing their minds. As if no one changed their mind, Right? Anyway…", said Eric Faria on the SporTV program.

After failing to do what he had said, Tite started work at Ninho do Urubu and will have eight days to get to know and train the team. Rubro Negro will only return to the field on October 19th, when they will face Cruzeiro, in the 27th round of the Brazilian Championship.

Alex Sandro and Plata, debutants in last Sunday's classic, remain in the team after having good performances in the draw against Vasco. Gabigol is now out of the relationship due to fibrosis in the posterior muscle of his right thigh. Flamengo, in a statement, reported that the athlete did not suffer any injury in the region. Check it out:

"The Clube de Regatas do Flamengo informs that the athlete Gabriel Barbosa underwent tests that did not diagnose an injury to the posterior muscle of his right thigh. However, the Technical Committee opted for precaution and did not list him for the duel against Peñarol due to fibrosis in the region. Gabi is handed over to physiotherapists and physical trainers for the series of decisive games of the season."
