Fired this Monday morning, Tite< /a> failed to implement the expected performance at Flamengo since his arrival. Furthermore, the strong pressure from the fans would have influenced both the board and the coach himself. According to Lédio Carmona, the coach "felt" the weight of this situation. He appeared visibly dejected in the post-game press conference, and, even after the victory that kept the team in the G4 of the Brasileirão, the atmosphere of dismissal was already noticeable.

“He is emotionally fragile, I think he was unable to mobilize emotionally , in soul terms, the players. If you look at Flamengo's goal celebration, it will look like a goal at 15 in the first half, players celebrated in an almost cold way. And the information we have is that the locker room after the game is a very cold locker room”, analyzed Lédio.

Lédio Carmona highlighted that, in addition to the elimination in the Libertadores, the main reason for Tite has been underperforming, especially in recent months. The absence of Pedro, an essential player for the coach's scheme, left the team vulnerable, further exposing the team's flaws.

“He couldn't make the team play well, he couldn't find solutions, he couldn't It improved the players' mental side. And this brought reflections from the board in terms of this, on his emotional side, on the team's soul”, added Lédio.

Now, with Filipe Luís taking charge until the end of the year, the expectation is that there will be no there is only a change of name in the technical area, but also a change in the team's tactics and posture on the field. Filipe, who has a good relationship with the players, is betting on a more modern game proposal to try to save Flamengo's season.
