Flamengo's new midfielder, Carlos Alcaraz, was officially presented this Friday (06 ) in a press conference held at CT Ninho do Urubu. During the presentation, Marcos Braz, the club's vice-president of football, highlighted that the athlete was already a longtime wish of Flamengo.

Charly, as he is known, was one of the main reinforcements announced by Flamengo in this transfer window. At 21 years old, the Argentine player arrives to strengthen the red and black midfield, joining names like Arrascaeta and De La Cruz. Alcaraz was signed from Southampton (ING) for 17.6 million euros, which is equivalent to around R$108 million.
