Flamengo continues to look for a new name in the market after the serious injury suffered by center forward Pedro. So, the ball of the moment is Anthony Martial, who is without a club after leaving Manchester United (ING). The French athlete made demands of more than R$2 million per month to settle with Mais Querido.
According to information from journalist Venê Casagrande, in addition to asking for a million dollar figure for his salary, Martial's representative required at least a three-year contract. In this way, the French striker would arrive to occupy the biggest salary in the current red and black squad.
Finally, Anthony Martial's name was offered to Flamengo since the beginning of the year. Representatives of the player, still linked to Manchester United, presented the project in February to Mais Querido. Therefore, after Pedro's injury, the agents put the offer on the table again.
